If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Ambie purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement. To be eligible, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you also retain the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days from the date of receipt if the product remains unopened and unused.
