Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for food supplements once they have been shipped. We maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that every item you receive meets the highest quality, freshness, and safety criteria.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@beambie.com so we can address the issue and make it right. In these cases, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Damage or Defect Claims: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue for a swift resolution.
  • Incorrect Item Claims: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure you receive the correct product at no additional cost.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, per EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return in this case, the item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate this process.
